Character: James Buchanan “Bucky" Barnes Location: Westerley Primary Faction Goals: His real primary is people, not ideas. He'll be focusing on helping/protecting civilians from the destructiveness of the rioting while also attempting to prevent and abate things that are getting out of hand. He'll get involved with the charities that he can help with, and focus on protection and safety for the Peace Summit Secondary Faction Goals: RAC: Doing evals of level 1-3s, taking on warrants with end goals that would help to quell unrest in Westerley. Resistance: Just whatever he's tasked with by Hyperion. He prefers not to steep himself in politics on the daily and just do what needs doing.
