She's going to end up being the one to draw Lavi closer to the resistance and Kara is the one likely to draw Kanda closer. Between these two woman, I SWEAR.

It's good for them tho

I haven't figured out a timeline at ALL yet, but maybe something just before the riots to get them familiar with each other? OR. Maybe a warrant to drop off/pikc up a delivery from her once the cells are active?
