He probably wouldn't want them deactivated because they're tied in so strongly with his (already shaky) sense of self but some kind of meddling so the Company can't track him would be a good idea. Maybe he can get stolen by the resistance at some point and then be convinced to shift loyalties on his own because people who actually care about him are there ;;
