I got delayed in plotting, so I figured it'd be a good time to check to see when we want to do this - were you thinking before the riots, during, or after? I haven't solidified much of Kanda's timeline yet so I'm pretty open.

HEH. Right when the violence actually breaks out might not be a bad time.
