Secondary Faction Goals: Rhys's secondary faction is himself because fuck you resistance he can a better job!!! aka Rhys is still working on his Badlands project! He's got some filtration tech from bandits out in the Badlands on hand now and some survey data, but there's still a lot for him to do. And technically the Resistance is blackmailing him but that died off a little when people...died off....a little like a month ago 8'| s-so.
