Rhys is working ona way to refine toxic waste from the Badlands on Westerley so he's been "procuring" getting ppl to steal filtration tech used by bandits that live int he wastelands to see if there's a way he can improve/capitalize on it 8)

So he could bring some it over to Fitz to work with?
