He takes personal leave because he has family on Leith he's estranged from, but concerned about, since they run a fairly sizable farm. We could either have a network thread of Sion checking on him (he'd veil things under the guise of giving 'reports' even off the clock lmao), or if Sion will be around on Leith they can have a run in!
