Character: Hijikata Toushirou Location: Leith Primary Faction Goals: Having already witnessed an escalation on Leith last month, Hijikata is very dedicated to putting down any further disruptions. He doesn't want to see Leith go the way of Westerley, so his use of lethal force will absolutely increase. I'm thinking of having an OPEN log for this!
However, he is injured, so more likely than not he'll be on food duty and only incidentally interacting with any Resistance sympathizers/members. Desired CR: ✘ Resistance to fight!
