Generally, going after a few Company storage or training warehouses on Old Town's borders will be more lucrative for him, though his actual acquisitions should be limited to one or two, as the Company may still have plans for several of the currently abandoned locations.

Generally, working with Angel Rhys should be able to do some tech/forgery manipulation, but anything too dramatic would likely be noticed and have a stop put to it (with repercussions).
