that can be easily done! lavi is a frequent visitor down there since he's all about ~culture~ and/or good with getting himself involved in strange organizations so. not judging jason's hobby. lavi's hobby is literally just to annoy people of all kinds. a ruckus sounds great! lavi would be in the area doing errands for scarbacks/tunnel rats in prep for the rain and everything so as long as it was day 1 or day 2 it could be p easy to swing!
