ALSO CHRISTY i just asked the mods about it but Itsuki's going to get the locations of three low-level grunts currently hiding out on westerley, so he'll for sure pass one of them along to jack!! (kanda and kara are getting the other two for now)
here's their response!! basically if people work together and pass along info from their grunts then they could get a higher-ranked member hiding out on leith!!
(DISCLAIMER: there's way more than the 3 grunts itsuki will find around westerley for sure, so jack could work with other info brokers/killjoys to find others too!!)
