Character: Jason Todd (lv 4 Killjoy) Location: can't be tamed Primary Faction Goals: SHENANIGANS MOSTLY. I'm gonna use his not-neutrality as an excuse to have him stick his nose in on a lot of fronts. any not-lv-4s need a partner for the black warrant?? anyone want to clash over it?? I just love pvp, I won't lie. Secondary Faction Goals: killjoys are "neutral" but he is Bad At That, he's going to be nosy about what's going on under the surface, lbr. Jason has some Resistance ties in his past but stepped away from them out of PURE SPITE so he's not actively in the loop there. I'd love to get him roped back in over time, but that's a long game thing. Desired CR: Its game start, I want everything tbh.
FIRST anyone who wants to buddy up for the black warrant, I love dumb PVP, and he's lv 4 so if anyone's at a lower level and needs a babysitter or someone to hassle/be hassled by hit me. I'm also down to deal with people who'll try to stall or interfere w/ the warrant out of ulterior motives, etc. He isn't actually really behind baby murder but who needs success, really.
BUT MOSTLY I'll be playing the field on the rest of the prompts! so people down with ducking into eulogy for info, through the tunnels during the rains, tracking down identity thieves with probably excessive force, etc etc. he's shitty but enormously biased toward the downtrodden so he'll side with the westies over a lot of shit and pick plenty of fights off the clock because you don't just stop being a vigilante ig.
Anything else? can you tell I'm winging it, I'll be more coherent over time probably. ALSO I'm 100% cool with handwaving past cr even if just to avoid introductions!!! lets skip to the good parts.
