Character: Lapis Fathalla Location: Westerly and Leith, she was originally Leithian so she comes and goes Primary Faction Goals: Basically working hardcore at her bar singer job during Harvest Week in Westerly, while also using this time to collect info about the Nine shenanigans and the sickness once it pops up. She'll ask people she knows to check on her sis in Leith, before eventually making her own way there.
Secondary Faction Goals: She's gonna be taking a bigger interest in aiding the Resistance thanks to all this so! If any Resistance peeps want to hook her up, she will happily gather info for you! Also looking out for the sick too.
