I'm planning for Itsuki to advertise his help for the true leithian rebels stuck in westerley in exchange for JOY (since he'll see the opportunity there and figure that WELL, I NEED THE MONEY), but he'll eventually double-cross them and spill their locations to the company/killjoys who're interested in hunting them down. (of course im totally willing to play with any backlash from double-crossing them in the first place too!!)
im sure he won't know where all of them are, so I was wondering how many he could feasibly get (MAYBE... three?? since jack/kanda/kara are interested so far)
OR instead of three, maybe just one fairly highly-ranked person, giving jack/kanda/kara an excuse to maybe work together to take down that one true leithian (tho they can collaborate on the basic thugs as well)?? though now that I think about it... THEY ALL HAVE DIFFERENT ALLEGIANCES LMAO god itsuki would tell three people with different loyalties to get the same person
