Anyone and everyone. Gintoki doesn't necessarily have faction loyalty, though he certainly hates dealing with people involved in the 'system.' He'd really rather just eat, sleep, and drift along. I'll be looking for things that Gintoki can effectively either 1) stick his nose in or 2) accidentally get caught up in.
He's open to doing any little odd jobs for those around him, or you might just find him vomiting at your feet from drinking too much. Who cares about first impressions.
