JUMPING IN TO SPECIFY that even RAC agents don't know where the surrogate mother and baby are located! The information isn't available to any PCs from the onset, so all characters (aside from possibly an info broker) will have to do a bit of sleuthing work to find the kid before they can get started on protecting/abducting etc...

BUT in general, you're doing an awesome job with preliminary plotting, and I'm looking forward to seeing everything come together!
