AND YES i was really into teen wolf but i haven't watched the newest season yet (mostly bc i cry a lot about how cute scott and kira were but one day I'll get over it!!!) but scott has always been my fave! (okay that's a lie i used to like stiles in the first season but scott immediately replaced him in the second!! SO it was true love...)
ALSO YES FOR RAPPORT itsuki will definitely be the playboy type who likes to party when he can afford it... and HE'LL LOOK RELATIVELY HARMLESS in that he'll get beat up a lot by people who don't want to pay for info, so he'll pop up by to ask nurse scott to like help with his bleeding head wounds. (and then whine about how nurse scott doens't have any cute coworkers!! or maybe he does?? maybe scott can tell itsuki to lay off his cute nurse coworkers)
I MENTIONED IT IN SCOTT'S PERMISSION POST but like scott is also totally welcome to smell Itsuki's weird drug scent and later connect the dots (itsuki smells like drugs!! IS HE USING DRUGS?) and maybe find out itsuki is in fact a drug dealer... please guide him to a better life scott
