HEY OVERJOYED!!! Another entirely new player crashing in like the kool-aid man here!! I'm Yaywon and I'm bringing u
He loves girls and drinking and taking naps and playing all night card endurance games, he's pretty easygoing and goes-with-the-flow, and he likes teasing the people he hates and the people he likes.... but he's actually a pretty good Big Brother figure when it comes down to it, HIS SPECIALTY IS ~LOVE ADVICE~. (please give me cr where Itsuki asks ur character how their love lives are doing and also tries to match make them with other people)
For the purposes of Overjoyed, he'll be an information broker located in Westerley! As brokers go, he'll know an average amount of stuff (RAC warrant brokers would probably know more about the warrants than him), but he won't rat out customers to the Company or to the RAC (unless you ever want to go that route) and his specialty leans towards the more CRIMINAL side of Westerly. I would die for established cr here, with Itsuki selling and buying information to both Company enforcers and killjoys! (And also pretty much everyone who doesn't go into either category.) He'll always charge, but he'll give pretty girls a 60% discount (LAUGHS). He's a noodle though, so we can totally handwave that he gave information after being threatened with lots of beating up. (I WOULD ALSO KILL FOR THAT CR, please be that One Customer who just comes in the middle of the night and scares the bajeezus out of Itsuki and demands for information and he just gives it away because he doesn't want to get his throat slit)
ON THE OTHER SIDE, Itsuki's also a ~drug dealer~! He operates under the name Dream Merchant here, so it's not widely known that Itsuki is in fact a sketchy drug dealer. He's selling a completely made-up drug called Norn which makes people happy and may induce sleepiness, whereupon he can use his ESP dream powers (now neurotech in this verse) TO GIVE PEOPLE HALLUCINATIONS! And happy dreams. All of that will be detailed in the permissions meme I have up about his abilities, so it would be great if you took the time to fill it out! AND YES i was really into teen wolf but i haven't watched the newest season yet (mostly bc i cry a lot about how cute scott and kira were but one day I'll get over it!!!) but scott has always been my fave! (okay that's a lie i used to like stiles in the first season but scott immediately replaced him in the second!! SO it was true love...)
ALSO YES FOR RAPPORT itsuki will definitely be the playboy type who likes to party when he can afford it... and HE'LL LOOK RELATIVELY HARMLESS in that he'll get beat up a lot by people who don't want to pay for info, so he'll pop up by to ask nurse scott to like help with his bleeding head wounds. (and then whine about how nurse scott doens't have any cute coworkers!! or maybe he does?? maybe scott can tell itsuki to lay off his cute nurse coworkers)
I MENTIONED IT IN SCOTT'S PERMISSION POST but like scott is also totally welcome to smell Itsuki's weird drug scent and later connect the dots (itsuki smells like drugs!! IS HE USING DRUGS?) and maybe find out itsuki is in fact a drug dealer... please guide him to a better life scott

also that is the cutest thing i've ever seen itsuki is like a baby cat that cannot take care of himself so scott will have to be his mom and patch him up and also smack him when he starts humping the furniture and hitting on nurses

and YES PLEASE i just need shining Scott moments when he's the greatest friend ever for itsuki tbh. itsuki's not super invested in the drug trade (he does it bc money and being poor sucks and also his sister was involved in it in the past) and he really doesn't think much of the harm it causes/might cause (i mean it's harmless but people can still die from norn sweats) so since Scott's a nurse, he'd be a in better position to tell itsuki THAT YES, DOING DRUGS. IS ACTUALLY BAD.

god scott is going to love itsuki so much... itsuki seems so genuine and scott just likes people like that even if itsuki gets up to stuff he doesn't approve of, they're just trying their best you know and he can't fault itsuki for that :( it's not a good hand they've been dealt
