HELLO JOYERS! Eon here, and bringing with me Julius Visconti from God Eater 2. He's the stoic mentor figure of his canon, stated to be pretty OP, calm and collected until someone dies and he loses his shit completely. You could be a walking kigurumi around him and he wouldn't even bat an eyelid if it doesn't have anything to do with the objective. When he's not working (which is never), he likes to read books and garden a little.

In the game setting, he will be a Company Enforcer with a reputation of being unlucky or cursed. For people who will have IC access to his files, he will be known as someone who came out of a failed experimental project run by his own mother. Otherwise he's just that one guy who never has a permanent unit despite his ace skills due to some shady past and/or lack of any sense of fun. If you need a job done well with zero distractions, he's your guy.

off the top of my head no! she'd be a different "department"/branch than anyone else currently in the game so they wouldn't be under her

at least from a rank perspective! she's still gonna be a qreshi/low royal tho so.. "such rich, so bitch" is a thing here.
