Sup OJ!! I'm fresh meat here, but you can call me Dolly and I'm bringing with me this embarrassing excuse for a human being: Rhys from Tales from the Borderlands! Basically all you need to know is that he is a giant nerd trying to masquerade around as a Competent Business Guy...with marginally more success in Overjoyed? He's going to be a Kendry, biggest and most powerful share owners of The Nine!

...Which sadly doesn't make Rhys anything more than an heir at best to them. He's the son of a cousin to the main line which means there's like a bajillion and one more people in place before him to become a direct heir to Land Kendry, so Rhys has the Brilliant^TM idea to eke out his own legacy by getting a Company job and exposing a Resistance conspiracy which ended not at all like it was supposed to, and now he sort of acts as an informant/mole for them unwillingly.

Why you ask? Because Rhys is above the legal limit for hack-mods, sitting at a comfy 35% with his cybernetic arm, ECHOeye, and ECHO port. This means that Rhys has the ability to scan people and read any information about them that's been posted to The Company's database (so long as it isn't encrypted). So if you have a moment please check out his permissions post! I also have his app available here, and I'm hella down for working out some assumed or preexisting CR since I dropped into the planning/TDM super-late and don't know anyone yet!
