Chapter 2 Warrant Posting

Welcome to the RAC, agents!

At this time agents/teams are authorized to have a max of two active (mod-supplied) warrants to their names. Once a warrant is claimed - be they plot specific and/or monthly - the RAC plot mod will reply with the warrant specifics. After the warrant is completed, we request the thread gets turned in for credit here or on the most recent chapter warrant post before a third warrant write up will be issued.

Note that most warrants can be claimed by multiple teams unless otherwise noted.

Key points to remember about the warrant system:

✗ Level 4 warrants require at least one Level 4 Killjoy in order to accept the warrant.
✗ Deadly force is only authorized for levels 1 - 3 if the agent is acting in self-defense, or if the ranking level 4 agent authorizes it for their team.
✗ Level 4 agents that authorize deadly force for non-defensive actions must report and submit proof of death to their warrant broker, and may be held responsible for their team member’s actions if the RAC deems that action to be against the nature of the warrant.

Target Valentine Moul

Information

Valentine Moul, a Leithian native, was hired by Land Kendry to oversee the construction of an underwater research lab in the southern hemisphere of the planet. After failing to report to check in and ignoring subsequent attempts at communication, Valentine's work visa has been revoked. Due to the confidential nature of the research facility and potential political quagmire that Company involvement might bring, Seyah Kendry has turned the RAC and requested agents familiar with Qreshi culture investigate the area and capture the now illegal Valentine.

The lab is officially designated as a social sciences research facility and no biohazards are anticipated, but as always, a good agent comes prepared for the worst.

BIOHAZARD WARNING.

The progenitor of the pathogen currently infecting citizens on both Leith and Westerley has been determined to be one Zan Nikora, currently suspected to be hiding within Old Town. Nikura is considered to be infected and highly contagious.

Due to the breadth and severity of his crimes, the use of force to subdue is authorized; however, lethal force is NOT, under any circumstances, with regards to the primary target.

Collateral damage is at the discretion of the ranking Agent assigned to the warrant.

Personnel Escort

The Company has issued this warrant in order to provide additional escort protection of Company personnel while traveling outside the Quad - one Riza Hawkeye - to a scheduled rendezvous with Company transport vessel 'Valyn', located in orbit at Telen.

Warrant is not complete until Hawkeye has successfully returned to Intake.

Riza escort, though not complete yet. I'm unsure if the mun got extremely busy! I can pp or pm her and ask for an end clarification. Let me know the best way to rectify a situation like this!

Riza was actually dropped so rather than penalize you for not getting to complete the warrant, we'll count this as a bittybat successful warrant and award the additional HP!

Data Collection

This warrant has been issued by Rhys of Land Kendry, and is not complete until confirmation of success is received by the issuer. Issuer requires the requested agent to conduct an independent investigation concurrent to the warrant issued by Delle Seyah Kendry with regards to the Land Derrish's rumored poisoning, with a targeted focus on any or all activities or connections to Westerley.

All findings are deemed confidential and should not be divulged to anyone aside from warrant issuer.

- Information retrieval via Angel.
- Scouting clues regarding Hyponia match with OOC evidence that lead straight back to Hyponia being "guilty." Damian, however, thinks it fits too neatly into a done deal, but can't prove it.

APPREHENSION

This warrant has been issued by the Company in order to apprehend former Company Communications officer Corso Blakely, for desertion of post while in possession of classified Company materials. Target should be captured and returned to Intake on Westerley, along with all possessions he has on his person at the time of detainment.

Use of deadly force is authorized only in the event that live capture is not possible. In this event, the Company requires all personal effects of target be turned in to Intake, along with proof of death.

Proof of active warrant within quarantine zone
Medical clearance for agents with an active warrant outside quarantine zone

The team is responsible of contacting the local leadership and ensuring swift dissemination of treatment.
