Noctis does part of his business in the bazaar and is def likely to be visiting his cafe, though he isn't all that interested in info brokering about The Man and is instead more interested in people coming/going/looking for things- idk if that's something Leo might trade in!

He's also going to be getting ill on Leith so if you're short on people to lend a hand, Noctis is also a soft-hearted dude with a tough exterior (Noctis is more try than succeed tbh) so there's that as well???
